πŸ“± Acrobits / Groundwire Softphone – Automatic Setup Guide

This guide explains how to quickly set up your Acrobits or Groundwire softphone using your UsVox SIP account.

πŸ›  Step 1: Open the Application

  1. Open the Acrobits or Groundwire app on your device
  2. Tap Settings

βž• Step 2: Add a New SIP Account

  1. Go to SIP Accounts
  2. Press the ( + ) Plus button
  3. Select UsVox SIP Accounts

πŸ” Step 3: Enter Your Credentials

Fill in the following information:

  • Username: Your SIP Username
  • Password: Your SIP Password

Then press Save to complete setup.

🏷 Step 4: Set Extension Display Name (Optional)

To customize how your name appears:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ SIP Accounts
  2. Select your account (UsVox – Your Best…)
  3. Tap Display Name
  4. Enter your desired name
  5. Press Save

βœ… Result

Once completed:

  • Your softphone will be registered
  • You can make and receive calls
  • Your display name will appear on outgoing calls (if configured)

⚠️ Notes

  • Make sure your device has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • If registration fails, verify your username and password
  • Contact your system administrator if credentials are missing
