π Algo 8180 β Auto-Provisioning Setup (UsVox)
This guide explains how to configure auto-provisioning on the Algo 8180 IP Audio Alerter so the device can properly register with UsVox servers.
π Requirements
- Algo 8180 device powered on and connected to the network
- Device IP address
- Access to the web interface
- Active internet connection
π οΈ Step-by-Step Setup
1οΈβ£ Access the Web Interface
- Obtain the IP address of the Algo 8180 (via DHCP server or network scan)
- Open a web browser
- Enter the device IP (example:
http://192.168.1.100) - Log in to the device

2οΈβ£ Navigate to Provisioning Settings

- Click Save Settings
- Reboot the device

After reboot:
- The device should contact the UsVox provisioning server
- The device should appear as registered in the system
If the device does not register, verify:
- Internet connectivity
- Correct provisioning URL
- Firewall/NAT settings (HTTP access must be allowed)
