Below is a complete list of service codes and dial codes you can use to manage your UsVox phone system quickly and easily.
β Service Codes (Interactive Commands)
These codes connect you to the server and guide you step-by-step through voice prompts. Follow the prompts to complete the action.

| *81 | Call Forwarding Menu | Dial to access the menu for setting or managing call forwarding. |
| *72 | Call Forwarding Active | Dial, wait for prompt, then enter the forwarding number and press #. |
| *73 | Call Forwarding Deactivate | Dial to turn off call forwarding and return to default answering mode. |
| *74 | Call Forwarding Ring Only | Dial to allow calls to ring only (no forwarding). |
| *75 | Call Forwarding Forward Only | Dial to forward calls immediately without ringing your phone first. |
| *55 | Block Last Incoming Call | Dial and wait for the prompt (Read notes below) |
β Dial Codes (Immediate Actions)
These codes perform the action immediately when you dial them β no prompts.

| *999*EXT# | Forward to Voicemail | Dial followed by the extension number. Example: 999101# |
| *98 | Access Voicemail | Dial to open your voicemail inbox. |
| EXT# | Call Transfer to Voicemail | During a call, dial the extension number to do an announced transfer to voicemail. |
| *40 or 801 | Group Call Pickup | Dial to pick up any ringing call in your pickup group. |
| *40+EXT# or 801+EXT# | Direct Call Pickup | Dial plus the ringing extension number to pick up that specific call. |
π Example Use Cases
Activate Call Forwarding:
Dial *72, wait for the prompt, enter the forwarding number, then press #.
Pick Up a Group Call:
Dial *40 or 801 to pick up any ringing call in your group.
Forward Calls to Voicemail:
Dial *999*EXT#, replacing EXT# with the desired extension.
π΅ BLOCK LAST INCOMING CALL Steps:
- Lift the handset / open phone dialer
- Dial *55
- Wait for the confirmation tone or message
- Hang up β last caller is now blocked
β IMPORTANT: Works only for the most recent call received. Repeat after each unwanted call.
