π Overview
The UsVox System Administration Web Interface provides full control over your Hosted PBX services. Use this manual to understand where to find key settings and how to manage your customer accounts, extensions, billing, and other core features.
β 1. Logging In
Visit the Administrator Self-Care Portal:
Go to our website: http://www.usvox.com/ and press the tab βLoginβ

- Enter your Administrator Username and Password.
- If you do not have credentials, contact UsVox Support.
- Password Recovery: You need Login Name and Email (this email is the one you receive invoices at)
βοΈ 2. Main Sections and What You Can Do
Hereβs an overview of the main areas youβll see in your admin dashboard:
π Customer Management Overview
The Customer self-care interface was designed for end-users to access their profile data, check billing information, download invoices and, most importantly, manage their IP Centrex settings. The front-end design offers simple and intuitive navigation. This includes an easy-to-use structure of menus and controls, graphic icons and improved presentation of information.
For your convenience, the customer self-care interface is divided into four tabbed sections:
- Dashboard: View 'ONLY' recent calls, some billing information, and contact info.
- My Profile: Add, edit, or delete customer information.
- IP Centex: View and change service configurations and PBX configurations.
- Billing Information: View charges, subscription, invoices, call reporting and call recording if applicable.

π IP Centrex. Manage Extensions & Devices
- Add, edit, or remove user extensions.
- Configure devices (IP phones, softphones).
- Set voicemail, forwarding, and ring groups.
- Manage call features for individual users.
πΈ Billing Information
- View xDRs (transaction records) for calls.
- Generate reports and invoices.
- Export billing data as needed.
π Call Reporting
- Access detailed call logs.
- Use filters to search by date, number, or service type.
- Download records in CSV format.
π‘οΈ Security & Roles
- Assign or modify roles (Administrator, Self-Care, PBX User).
- Control access levels for your team and end users.
- Reset passwords for accounts and extensions.
π Number Management
- Manage DID numbers.
- Port in new numbers.
- Configure E911 registration for each DID.
π 3. Best Practices
β Always use strong, unique passwords for all admin and user accounts.
β Review call logs and xDRs regularly to spot unusual activity.
β Keep E911 addresses up-to-date test by calling 933 from any UsVox Device

β Use QoS and disable SIP ALG on network devices to ensure high-quality VoIP calls.
