If your customer forgets their Administration Password for the UsVox Customer Web Interface, they can easily reset it themselves. Follow these steps to help them create a new password and regain access.


βœ… Step 1: Go to the Customer Login Page

Open a web browser and go to the Customer Login page:

βœ… Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

On the login screen, click the link labeled Forgot Password.


βœ… Step 3: Enter the Registered Email

  1. In the password reset window, enter the Loging and email address associated with the customer’s UsVox account.
  2. Click Submit.


βœ… Step 4: Check Email for Reset Link

  • The customer will receive an email with a password reset link.
  • They should click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.

πŸ“Œ Tip: If the email isn’t received within a few minutes, check spam or junk folders.


βœ… Step 5: Log In with the New Password

After setting the new password, the customer can return to the Customer Login page and sign in with their username and new password.

  • Never share login passwords or passwords reset links with anyone.
  • UsVox will never ask for passwords by email.
  • Always choose a strong, unique password.
