π Purpose
The Reports screen allows you to generate and download xDR (Call Detail Record) reports for any chosen time period β in either .CSV or .PDF format.
This helps you analyze usage, charges, and activity in a format thatβs easy to share or archive.
β How to Generate and Download Reports
π 1. Select a Date Range
- Click the Calendar icon to pick a From and To date for your report.
π 2. Search for Reports
- After setting your dates, click the Search button.
- The page will display a list of all xDR reports generated for the selected period.
πΎ 3. Download Reports
- For each report in the list, download your preferred format:
- CSV β Ideal for spreadsheets and detailed analysis.
- PDF β Great for printing and quick summaries.
β Why Use Reports
- Keep a backup of your call detail records.
- Share usage and charge data with your accounting or management team.
- Audit call activity for billing disputes or internal reviews.
