π Purpose
The My Profile tab lets you view and update your personal details, customize your language settings, and securely change your login password.
Keeping this information up-to-date ensures smooth communication and easy password recovery.
β Sections in My Profile
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| General | Enter or update your general information such as company name, address, and most importantly β your email address. This email is used for the Password Recovery link. (See Login to the Extension Self-Care Interface for more info on password resets.) |
| Settings | Choose the language for your Self-Care web interface. |
| Change Password | Update your current password to keep your account secure. |
