π Purpose
The IP Centrex tab gives you access to configure important calling features and manage how your extension handles calls. Here, you can:
β View your external numbers
β Set up call screening
β Configure voicemail and other related services
β General Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Associated Number | This field can serve various purposes depending on your UsVox service plan. Contact your service provider to learn how to best use this field for your setup. |
| Preferred IVR Language | Select your preferred language for interacting with automated voice menus (IVR applications) when calling into the system. |

Through the IP Centrex Tab, you may also:
- Adjust call handling settings (like call forwarding or screening rules)
- Access and configure your voicemail preferences
- Review additional call management features offered with your extension
