The UsVox Mobyx Web Softphone Solution is a flexible, browser-based VoIP tool for remote work. It allows your employees to make and receive calls directly from a web browser β no software installation required.
This solution also supports a multi-language portal, making it user-friendly for diverse teams.

π Quick User Guide
βΆοΈ Open the Keypad
Click the Keypad Icon to launch the virtual dial pad and start making or receiving calls.
π Making a Call
- Dial the number.
Press the Dial Icon.
While on a call, you have access to:
- Mute
- Hold
- Transfer
- Record
π Transfer a Call
| Type | How It Works | |
|---|---|---|
| Blind Transfer | Press the Transfer icon, dial the number, then press Complete Transfer. |
|
| Attended Transfer | During a live call, press the Transfer icon, dial the number, wait for the recipient to answer, announce the call, then press Complete Transfer. |
|
| Put a caller on hold by pressing the Hold icon. Music on Hold will play if configured. |
|
| Press the Mute icon to mute or unmute your microphone during a call. |
|
| Press the Record icon to start recording your call (if recording is enabled). |

π Busy Lamp Field (BLF)
Use BLF to monitor the status (busy/idle) of other accounts.
How to Add a BLF Contact:
1οΈβ£ Press the Plus icon in the bottom right corner.
2οΈβ£ Fill in the required information.
Important: Use the Account Number, not the extension number.
3οΈβ£ Toggle the Busy Lamp Field switch to activate it.
π Using the Phone Book
On the Phone Book page you can:
- Maintain a list of frequently dialed numbers.
- Assign Speed Dial codes for fast calling.
- Mark numbers as Favorites if your plan includes special rate rules.
Notes:
- The Phone Book must be enabled by your provider.
Activate or deactivate it by using the checkbox at the top.
Contact your provider to confirm:
- Maximum abbreviated dial length for Speed Dial.
- Maximum number of Favorite numbers allowed.
