📌 What to Expect

When your UsVox MOBYX mobile extension is ready, you’ll receive an email containing:

✅ Two QR Codes at the top of the message — these help you download the MOBYX app and configure your mobile extension easily.

1️⃣ Open the email on your computer or another device.

2️⃣ Using your mobile phone’s camera, scan the QR code that matches your phone’s operating system (iOS or Android).

3️⃣ This will direct you to the correct download page in the App Store or Google Play.

1️⃣ Once the app is installed, open the MOBYX app on your mobile phone.

2️⃣ Tap “Scan QR” inside the app.

3️⃣ Using your phone’s camera, scan the second QR code in the email — this code contains your unique extension credentials.

'Please make sure you press OK and ask any questions during the installation'

Each extension is unique and cannot be installed on multiple devices at the same time.

If you need to move your extension to a different device later, contact UsVox Support for help reassigning it.
