📌 What is Mobyx?
Mobyx is an innovative mobile softphone that uses cutting-edge Voice over IP (VoIP) technology to deliver high-quality calling over Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or 5G without draining your phone’s battery.

✅ Requires an existing UsVox account.
📥 Download and Installation
Download the Mobyx Mobile App from your device’s app store using the link provided by UsVox or by scanning the QR code sent to your email.

📞 Making a Call
1️⃣ Open the app.
2️⃣ Dial the number.
3️⃣ Press the Dial icon.


🔄 Call Transfer
Blind Transfer
- During a call, press the Transfer icon.
- Dial the destination number.
- Press the Dial icon to complete the transfer.

Attended Transfer
- During a call, press the Transfer icon.
- Dial the destination number.
- After the recipient answers, announce the call.

- Press Transfer to complete.

⏸️ Hold
Place a call on hold by pressing the Hold icon.

👥 Conference Calls
Place another call during an active call by pressing the Conference icon.

⏺️ Record
Record a call by pressing the Record icon.

🚫 Do Not Disturb (DND)
1️⃣ Press the top left corner where your account info is displayed.
2️⃣ Activate DND by toggling the switch.

🔕 Turn Off Application / Incoming Calls
To disable incoming calls when needed:
1️⃣ Go to Settings > Incoming Calls in the Mobyx App.
2️⃣ Turn off Push Notifications.

🔔 Busy Lamp Indicator (BLF)
BLF allows you to monitor the status of other extensions.
Programming BLF
1️⃣ Press the Quick Dial icon on the lower left corner.
2️⃣ Press the Plus icon in the lower right corner.
3️⃣ Fill in the information:
- The number must be an Account Number (not an extension).
- Enable the Busy Lamp Field switch.
4️⃣ Press Save.


BLF Status Indicators
- ✅ Available: Extension ready to receive calls.
- 📞 In Call: Extension is currently making or receiving a call.
- 🚫 In Use: Extension is busy.

🔄 Resetting the Mobyx Mobile App
If you're experiencing issues with the app or need to reconfigure it for a different extension, you can reset the Mobyx application by following these steps:
🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1️⃣ Open the App and Tap the Settings Icon
From the home screen of the Mobyx app, press the ⚙️ Settings icon (usually located in the upper or lower part of the screen depending on your device).
2️⃣ Scroll to the Bottom and Select ‘Reset Application’
At the very end of the settings page, locate and tap on ‘Reset Application’.
3️⃣ Confirm the Reset
Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to complete the reset process.
